The laboratories at INTROP implement the ISO 9001 quality management system. There are also several laboratories that have obtained MS ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory status which emphasizes staff competence and accuracy of results in performing testing for customer samples. INTROP adopts a staff attendance policy for all activities involving the use of laboratories, equipment, and facilities to ensure the safety of individuals as well as the areas used. Therefore, any use outside office hours must make an application and get approval from the management of INTROP.

The rate of charges for sample testing services, usage of equipment and facilities at INTROP are different from each customer category and the type of testing, equipment and facilities used. Therefore, INTROP recommends contacting the officer in charge to get an accurate quote.

INTROP places the safety of staff and students as a high priority throughout the period of the Movement Control Order (MCO). Thus, INTROP is consistent in following all decisions in all circulars issued by UPM and instructions from the National Security Council (MKN) from time to time. For critical services or research, students need to obtain approval from the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) while other customer samples are subject to approval from the UPM registrar.
