SERDANG 27 October 2022 – The Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP) has organized a Donation Ceremony for Putra Frame Components by Selia-Tek Industries Sdn Bhd at L'apprenti @ Putra Restaurant on 27 October 2022 at 10:30 am until 12: 30 noon.

This event is organized to appreciate the contribution and collaboration with Selia-Tek Industries Sdn Bhd who is willing to sponsor 1100 units of components to simultaneously make PUTRA Frame a success. In addition to the Waqf, Zakat and Endowment Management Center (WAZAN), UPM also helped in terms of production by appointing two Asnaf students to be given joint responsibility in the production of PUTRA Frame.

This ceremony was also attended by Professor Ir. B.T Hang Tuah Baharudin Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Industry and Community Network), Prof. Associate Dr. Mohd Daud Bin Awang Director of the Waqf, Zakat and Endowment Management Center (WAZAN) UPM, Prof. Dr. Samsul Bahari Director of Industrial Relations & Networking (Cirnet) UPM, representative of Selia-Tek Holding Sdn Bhd Company Ir. Mr. Abdul Wahid Bin Hamid is the Executive Director of the Company and representative of the Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP) led by the Director of INTROP, Prof. Ts. Dr. Khalina Binti Abdan. PUTRA Frame committee members were also present Mr. Mohd Shazwan Jamhari, Mr. Mohd Hafizie Manap, and Miss Amirah Nur Amallina Osman.
