UPM Serdang, 30 May - A delegation from Leave a Nest Co Ltd, Japan paid a courtesy call to the Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP). The delegation was led by Dr. Yukihiro Maru, CEO of Leave a Nest Co Ltd with Mr. Abdul Hakim Sahidi, Managing Director of Leave a Nest Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Dr. Yuko Ueno, Director of Leave a Nest Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Dr. Kihoko Tokue, Director of Leave a Nest Singapore Pte. Ltd. The INTROP delegation was led by Prof. Ts. Dr Khalina Abdan, Director of INTROP, Dr Syeed SaifulAzry, Senior Research Officer, and Dr. Lee Seng Hua, Research Fellow.

Both institutions discussed the potential for collaboration in an effort to assist in the commercialization and scale-up of research activities as well as the development of entrepreneurship programs among researchers.
