ORAL PRESENTER GUIDELINES
- Oral presentations in all themed sessions will be 10-12 minute long, followed by 3-5 minutes for discussion/question time and change-over, for a total of 15 minutes. A maximum speaking time of 12 minutes will be enforced. Please stick strictly to these time limits.
- We highly encourage all oral presenters to upload your presentation slides (recommended 16:9 for widescreen format) to the designated Google Folder (Folder Name: Participant's full name and ID number) which has been emailed and shared to you by chuanli@upm.edu.my on the November 12, 2023 (please check your email for the given link to access the folder). Materials sent to the Google Drive folder will be downloaded to the conference computer desktops in advance.
- The computers at the conference are all Windows PCs. Slides may be in .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf format. Video or sound clips should be embedded within your slide deck. Please try to avoid showing live websites during your talk, as we cannot guarantee fast internet speed in the conference rooms.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Note that if you are not the first speaker in a session of presentations, please arrive early(15 mins) and be in the designated presentation hall/room. For details on the conference schedule for the oral presentation slots, please refer to the following link: [link].
