- UPM Anjung Putra illustration is a landmark sketch of Universiti Putra Malaysia. It is a symbol of pride for every UPM citizen.
- The curved Site Line is symbolic of the shape of UPM's land and is closely related to nature.
- The 'EKSA UPM' typography of the Carbon font type tilted to the right shows the dynamic direction of the university which is always moving forward in implementing the EKSA practice system.
- The 'Palm Leaf Image' synonymous with the UPM icon symbolizes a conducive work environment that supports green sustainability.
Meaning of Color
- UPM RED: Symbolizes the culture of quality among UPM staff in line with its status as one of the leading Research Universities (RU) in Malaysia.
- UPM GRAY: Depicts the role of the committed management in providing a conducive work environment at every PTJ in UPM.
- GREEN: The use of two tones of green represents green sustainability practices and a harmonious environment. The color green was chosen to confirm the recognition to UPM that dignifies the campus of green sustainability.
