CONFERENCE BACKGROUND

The 7th Wood and Biofibre International Conference 2025 (WOBIC 2025) is the seventh edition of the biennial conference organised by the Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP), Universiti Putra Malaysia. WOBIC 2025 is proudly co-hosted in collaboration with the Institut Pertanian Stiper (INSTIPER), Indonesia, under the Sustainable Agricultural Landscapes in Southeast Asia (SALSA) platform of partnership.

This conference aims to provide a prestigious platform for the exchange of knowledge, dissemination of technology, and presentation of the latest research findings in the field of wood and biofibre, which holds significant value and benefits to humankind.
