1) KAEDAH PEMBAYARAN (E-Payment menggunakan Paygate UPM - Credit Card/Debit Card untuk peserta tempatan dan antarabangsa atau Pindahan Bank atas talian untuk peserta tempatan)
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Please visit the Paygate UPM website .
Step 2: Click on the green ‘Make Payment’ button.
Step 3: Under ‘Payment To’ drop-down menu, please select:
KURSUS/LATIHAN/SEMINAR BIOCOMPOSITE, INTROP, UPM
Step 4: Fill in your personal details in the required fields (COMPULSORY).
Step 5: In the ‘Description’ column, please type the course name (COMPULSORY): PRO-LAB 4 - Twin Screw Extruder
Step 6: Enter the exact payment amount, then click 'Pay' to complete the transaction.
Step 7: Keep a copy of the payment receipt and upload it during your registration in Google Forms.
2) KAEDAH PEMBAYARAN (Pindahan / Journal Transfer - Terpakai untuk staf dan pelajar UPM menggunakan geran penyelidikan atau peruntukan jabatan)
Please complete the form for inter-PTJ adjustment purposes by verifying the vot/grant number in the space provided, and ensuring it is signed with an official stamp (PTJ YANG MENERIMA PERKHIDMATAN).
Please secure the PENGESAHAN TERIMAAN DAN PERAKUAN PEMBAYARAN in the rightmost box. Then, bring the completed (original) form to Institute Tropical Forestry and Forest Products (INTROP) to complete the payment purpose.
Payments can be transferred directly to Vot No. 6440400.
3) KAEDAH PEMBAYARAN (Pesanan Belian (P.O.) / Pesanan Tempatan (L.O))
- For participants sponsored by a company, government agency, or institution.
- Please email us a digital copy of the approved PO/LO as proof of payment commitment.
- *Additional Note: If you require an official Quotation to facilitate the application of your PO/LO, please contact Mdm. Eli to request it.
