SERDANG, 7 OCTOBER 2020 - February 8, 2020 is the expiration date of YBhg. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ainuddin as UPM staff. He has served at UPM for 35 years starting in 1985 at the Faculty of Forestry and later became the Head of Laboratory & Deputy Director at the Rainforest Academy and when INTROP was established in 2006, he held the position of Head of Laboratory, Deputy Director and finally as Director of 2018-2020.

On that auspicious day, the INTROP Staff Club (KSI) celebrated the retirement of YBhg. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ainuddin as a token of gratitude for the contribution, guidance and education to staff and graduate students at INTROP. His commitment in carrying out his duties and driving the direction of INTROP to achieve KPI targets in research, industry & community networks, graduates, income generation and so on has placed INTROP as one of the best Institutes in UPM. Not least, he contributed a lot to the HICoE rating by MOHE and continued his responsibility in bringing the name of INTROP as the Center of Excellence for Tropical Wood and Fiber.

It is hoped that YBhg. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ainuddin was given good health and happiness with his beloved family.
