WOOD AND BIOFIBRE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2023 (WOBIC2023) POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Participants are requested to print the posters in A1 size (594 x 841 mm) in Portrait format to ensure uniformity and visual impact during the display. Bring it to the conference venue ready for display.
- Poster Boards are available for set-up from 3:00 PM and all day on 22 November 2023 at Level 1 of the conference venue, with the assigned paper number. Adequate wall space and equipment to poster hanging supplies will be provided for you.
- If you are arriving on Thursday, 23 November 2023, please be at the conference venue by 8:00 AM to register and hang your poster.
- The poster judging session for each poster presenter will be notified by our secretariat through email. Participants are required to be prepared in front of their posters during the session. Appointed judges will assess your poster during the allocated time.
- High-resolution printing is recommended to preserve the quality of your work.
- Please adhere to the provided poster template to ensure compliance with the conference's presentation standards.
- Each participant must be ready in front of their poster during the explanation slot.
- The appointed judges will evaluate your poster during your scheduled session. You are given a maximum of 10 minutes to present your poster, and 5 minutes will be for Q&A.
- Winners of the poster presentation will be announced during the closing ceremony.
